WBC MuayThai Champions, Mediterranean and Celtic.
Defense Policy.
The policy is setout to offer opportunities for fighters to compete for titles, and thus seeks to prevent titles from being frozen due to inactivity. Therefore a WBCMT champion should strive to defend the title in mandatory or voluntary defense within one year unless a written exception or extension has been granted. WBC MuayThai champions have an obligation to defend their titles within a period of one year from the date of their championship win or, from the date of their most recent championship defense. Upon expiration of one year the WBCMT reserves the right to declare the title vacant.
